Due to its remoteness and its independent winemaking philosophy, Brunet was among the first in Languedoc to bottle & label at the estate.
Brunet offers twelve cuvées and one liqueur wine. Among the Protected Appellations of Origin to which they belong, Terrasses du Larzac, Languedoc or IGP Saint-Guilhem-Le-Désert, they express the particularity of the terroir of Brunet. Brunet offers wines tuned in verticality, balanced and silky, ethereal and elegant. Each cuvée has been estate grown, blended, bottled and aged to develop a unique personality.
As independent winegrowers, all the grapes used to make our wines come from our own vineyards. We offer two ranges: Mas Brunet (AOC Languedoc and Terrasses du Larzac) and Dolinebrune (IGP Saint-Guilhem-Le-Désert).
Dolinebrune Roc Blanc combines the syrupy generosity of the Viognier grape to the citrus liveliness of the Vermentino grape and the smoothness of the Grenache grape. Its tasting evokes the aromas of yellow-flesh fruit, apricot, peach, quince and moves towards vanilla. A fine mineral tension appears in this wine made of young vines planted on the rocky ground.
It is the ideal companion for aperitifs, seafood and fondue.

Dolinebrune Vin Gris is the lively expression of its terroir made of red dolomite, a moonlike rock carved by time, wind and water. A blend of light grapes, the Cinsault and the Grenache, it offers tangy notes of pine tree, grapefruit and wild strawberries. Six months of ageing in new oak barrels develop its presence and its length in the mouth.

Everything in the Cuvée des Essarts, from the robe to the finish, evokes the cherry, the scent of pine, liquorice and little red berries. Made from a selection of young vines of Cabernet, Grenache and Mourvèdre, it is a wine of freshness and harmony, to which nine months of ageing in oak barrel bring smoothness and flavour.
Its different facets are the delights of picnics on the grass and daily meals.

The vin d’une nuit is harvested in the early morning to extract only the silkiest and liveliest aromas from the red grapes, in a lightweight manner. Nine months of ageing in barrels polish its outline, soften the notes of berries and spices, and maintain its surprising youth after years in the cellar.

An ethereal and delicious expression of the terroir of Brunet, the Tradition Blanc gathers the nobility of the Roussanne grape and the freshness of the Vermentino grape, heightened by a sweet dash of the Viognier grape.

This Rosé is a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault grapes harvested when fully mature. Tradition Rosé is the expression of the plenitude of the terroir of Brunet. Its tasting summons a symphony of red fruits with solar accents that evolve into exotic notes.

The Cuvée du Mazet gathers the five grapes of the Protected Appellation of Origin of Languedoc. It is a fine and pleasing wine, with strong notes of garrigue that nine months of aging in barrels turn into spicy notes.
This cuvée can be enjoyed with Mediterranean cuisine, mixed salads with goat cheese, a ratatouille, or simply during a barbecue.

Great wine of the Mas, the Cuvée Tradition is the outcome of three generations of terroir reading. It combines skillfully vinified Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre grapes. It reveals rare notes of violet, wild berries, vanilla, rockrose and menthol, in a smooth and elegant expression.
After spending 12 months in French oak barrels, it finds its place on the good tables, next to a piece of Aubrac beef. To be decanted three hours before serving ; can be improved six years in the cellar.

Issue d’une sévère sélection parcellaire, la cuvée Prestige, vin AOC Terrasses du Larzac est d’une profondeur et d’une persistance inattendues, riche et complexe, elle développe des notes précieuses de sous-bois, truffe, café ou tabac, avec une texture de velours, le tout est le résultat d’un élevage en fûts de chêne français pendant 18 mois.
Vin de méditation, après trois heures de carafe et cinq à sept ans de cave, se sert aux côtés de viandes en sauce ou simplement de jambons et fromages affinés.

Brunet also offers 4 ordinary cuvées, for daily and friendly enjoyment. Like all our wines, they have been harvested and conditionned by ourself at our Estate, and are the pure expression of our terroir.
White, rosé and red at affordable price, they are available at our Cellar where you can bring your own can or buy our 5 or 10 liters bag in box that preserve the freshness of the wine glass after glass.
Fresh grape juice blended with wine brandy, cartagène is the liqueur wine of the Languedoc. Here, it reveals the sweetest expression of Brunet's terroir. Fifteen months in oak barrels have veiled it in pink, and brought out aromas of morello cherry, vanilla and honey.
Serve at 8° with melon or fruit sorbets. A delicious accompaniment to chocolate desserts. It can also improve for several decades before being enjoyed.
